In the Subscriptions section on the dashboard, you can review your active, canceled, and future subscriptions for every project, their validity period, and the renewal date.

  • Active subscriptions are all the subscriptions that you are currently using. They can be Boxmode membership paid plan, online store, and domain subscriptions. 
  • Canceled subscriptions are those you have deactivated.
  • Future subscriptions are those that will be activated after the current subscriptions expire. You get a future subscription when downgrading your plan.

Renewing a subscription

Click on the ellipsis icon next to the canceled subscription that you want to reactivate and hit Renew.

Important:

If you renew a canceled subscription, your default payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the current billing period. If you don’t have a default payment method, you will need to make the payment manually.

Please make sure to renew your subscriptions on time if you don’t want to lose the benefits of your membership plan.

Canceling a subscription

Click on the ellipsis icon next to the active subscription that you want to disable and hit Cancel.

Important:

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once the subscription expires, it does not renew automatically, so you won’t be charged anymore.

Note:

A domain subscription bought through Boxmode (both directly and via a voucher) will also renew automatically and appear in the Subscriptions section.
